Who We Are
GTTSR is a Non-profit organization whose main event is a five-day vintage car rally across Montana and sometimes into the neighboring Rocky Mountain West. The drive is one of beauty, friendship and philanthropy. The rally begins in the company of friends in the big wide open of Montana, a backdrop of natural beauty, and journeys across the Great Divide, clouds unspooling like ribbons of snow across the Big Sky, and ends with deeper friendships, a sense of freedom, and growing pride.
In its six years of charitable giving, GTTSR has given back nearly $300,000.00 to the communities that make Montana such a special place. A major beneficiary of our fundraising efforts is the Montana Highway Patrol Fallen Officer’s Fund which helps Montana families who have lost loved ones in the line of duty. Other recipients include a number of educational institutions, such as the Red Lodge Vocational School and Blackfeet College, The Headwaters Trail, environmental and cultural organizations, such as the Madison Valley Hospital in Ennis, Montana, and The Clark Fork Coalition, dedicated to protecting and restoring the Clark Fork River basin.
