*If you notify us on or before June 15, 2025, that you wish to withdraw your application, your deposit will be refunded within five days of our receipt of your notification. If your application has been accepted, absent your confirmation to attend and full payment or your notice to withdraw your application by June 15, 2025, your deposit becomes non-refundable and will be considered a donation.

Balance Due $11,500

Amount due after acceptance and $2000 deposit has been paid. Due Feb 15, 2025.

*If full entry fee is not received by Feb 15, 2025 acceptance to the rally is withdrawn and prior deposits will be returned.

*If, after acceptance and your confirmation, you cancel your participation in the 2025 GTTSR after June 15, 2025 for any reason, there will be no refund as commitments will have been made for clothing, rooms, meals, etc.
