2026 GOING TO THE SUN RALLY

Deposit $2500

Amount due with application (refundable)

If you notify us on or before March 15, 2026, that you wish to withdraw your application, your deposit will be refunded. If your application has been accepted, absent your confirmation to attend and full payment or your notice to withdraw your application by March 15, 2026, your deposit becomes non-refundable and will be considered a donation.

Balance Due $11,500

Amount due after acceptance and $2500 deposit has been paid.

If full entry fee is not received by March 15, 2026 acceptance to the rally is withdrawn and prior deposits will be returned.

If, after acceptance and your confirmation, you cancel your participation in the 2026 GTTSR after March 15, 2026 for any reason, there will be no refund as commitments will have been made for clothing, rooms, meals, etc.

Full Balance $14,000

Includes all meals and lodging (double-occupancy) beginning on the evening of September 7 through the final overnight stay on September 12, 2026 for both the driver and co-driver.
