Donations & Payments*

The entry fee for 2027 includes all meals and lodging (double occupancy) beginning on the evening of March 21, 2027 through the final overnight stay on March 25, 2027 for both the driver and co-driver. Entries requesting separate rooms for driver and co-driver will be accommodated as space allows. Separate rooms have an additional fee of $5,300, charged along with the remaining entry fees upon confirmation of your entry. Entry fee due by Oct.1, 2026.

Amount due with application (refundable)

*Refundable until 15 days after you are notified that your application has been accepted by the Board. After the 15 day refundable period, the $2,500 deposit becomes non-refundable. If you do not submit the balance of your entry fee by Oct 1, 2026, you will forfeit your spot and your $2,500 deposit is non-refundable.

Balance Due $16,350

Amount due after acceptance and $2500 deposit has been paid. Due preferrably upon acceptance.
