Donations & Payments*
The $16,500 entry fee for 2025 includes all meals and lodging (double occupancy) beginning on the evening of Sunday, March 23, 2025 through the final overnight stay on Thursday evening, March 27, 2025 for both the driver and co-driver. Entries requesting separate rooms for driver and co-driver will be accommodated as space allows. Separate rooms have an additional fee of $4,200, charged along with the remaining entry fees upon confirmation of your entry.

*Refundable until 15 days after you are notified that your application has been accepted by the Board. After the 15 day refundable period, the $2,000 deposit becomes non-refundable and the remainder of your entry fee will be non-refundable once submitted. If you do not submit the balance of your entry fee within the 15 day period, you will forfeit your spot and your $2,000 deposit is refunded.

Amount due after acceptance and $2000 deposit has been paid. Due upon acceptance.
